And yet ... understand all mysteries and all knowledge ... but have not love, nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:2
Even though I study all the things of the world and have all the science about to discover the greatest mystery theory or most of the world if I have not love I am nothing.
The academic and scientific knowledge is and always will be very important for our society. All knowledge is inspired by God. Scientists, even those who do not believe, are all inspired by God. All wisdom and intelligence that exist in the world come from one source that is our God who is the supreme creator of everything and everyone.
Even if we have the ability to master all the physics, chemistry, mathematics, medicine, engineering, music, mechanics, economics, law, politics, theology, astronomy and other sciences is not anything we have love.
One might wonder: after all, what is love?
God is love - 1 John 4:8
God is Love. Love is God.
The Lord Jesus Christ said:
I and the Father are one. John 10:30
God is Love. Love is God. God is one with Jesus. Love is Jesus.
Now we can write what has been written up only in another way:
Even if we have the ability to master all the physics, chemistry, mathematics, medicine, engineering, music, mechanics, economics, law, politics, theology, astronomy and other sciences if we are not the Lord Jesus Christ in our hearts we are nothing.
If we have all the knowledge of the world and we do not have the Lord Jesus Christ in our hearts to the world, we might even be something we can excel, we can have some recognition or honor by our study or work, but it will not be guided by the Lord and spiritually, we are nothing.
I am the vine, ye are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him, bears much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. John 15:5
We will only be truly happy, both here in this world and the kingdom of God, if we make the choice to walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. Our life will be productive in all aspects, and only worth it if it is included in our God of Love.
However, not just a simple inclusion of the Lord Jesus Christ in our lives. We have to take our real God of Love. We have to walk with Him and loving embrace with all our heart.
So the super intelligent and Blessed Apostle Paul wrote:
4 Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other thinketh to have confidence in the flesh, I more: 5 circumcised on the eighth day, the stock of Israel, the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; as to the law, a Pharisee; 6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. 7 But whatever was to my profit I started to consider it as loss for Christ's sake; 8 yes, indeed I also like all things loss for the excellence of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ. Philippians 3:4 a8
The Apostle Paul was telling us it's great to have knowledge of the world and the world of science, but nothing beats the real knowledge of the truth that is to learn and love God more than any other science or passing knowledge of this world.
Thus, even though the Lord has given each of us an extraordinary gift or a privileged intelligence that we should not do an occasion for idolatry. We must not put our heart in it. We must not put our soul in the gift received, and yes, the kindly donor.

 Whether there be knowledge, it will disappear; 1 Corinthians 13:8
Also there will come a day when all the science will. Let us not forget that our life is compared to a light breeze or a fleeting vapor.
Surely the day will come that our brain, science and knowledge will cease. When that day will be left? The empty?
Certainly! This will be the reward of those who invested their hearts in the temporary things of this world. That's why we should do differently. Let us not forget that, however we do not want one day all of us, our thoughts and our science too shall pass.
So our Lord Jesus Christ told us:
Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth. Matthew 6:19
So we must, day after day, deliver us and persevere in our walk with God and Lord. We must do everything in our power to make The Lord Jesus also knew us. We will invest in and devote more to the true wisdom that is knowledge of the grand gesture of love that our God has done for us when he sent his only beloved son to him, because of our sins and transgressions, suffer and die in our place. All this just so in his death we might have life, freedom, salvation and eternal life.
One might ask: How to know and love God? I would truly know and love God that so many people speak. How do I do that?
He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him. - John 14:21

If you keep My commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love. - John 15:10
What are the commandments of God?
"And God spoke all these words, saying, I am the Lord your God who brought thee out of Egypt, the house of bondage.

1 - Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

2 - Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above or on earth beneath or in the waters under the earth. You shall not worship them nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, and showing mercy unto thousands of them that I love and keep my commandments.

3 - Do not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

4 - Remember the Sabbath day to sanctify it. Six days you shall labor and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God. On that day thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates. For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day and hallowed it.

5 - Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

6 - Thou shalt not kill. 7 - Do not commit adultery. 8 - Thou shalt not steal. 9 - Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. 10 - Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor.

Exodus 20:1-1



A new commandment I give unto you that ye love one another, even as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. - John 13:34

This is my commandment, That ye love one another as I have loved you. - John 15:12
Whoever wants to know God must seek it in a manner similar to a traveler who, thirsty, who fetches water in the desert. The Word of God guides us:
Ye shall seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found of you, saith the Lord. Jeremiah 29.13-14
