Message about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ

Why do you seek among the dead for one who lives?
6 He is not here, but risen. Remember how he told you, was yet in Galilee.7 saying that the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again.8 And they remembered, then, of his words;9 and returned from the sepulcher, and told all these things to the eleven and to all others.10 It was Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James, and others with them who told these things unto the apostles.11 It seemed to them like nonsense words of women and gave them no credit.12 But Peter got up and ran to the tomb, and stooping down, saw only the linen cloths, and went away wondering in himself what had happened.
Luke 24:5 to 12

The first words bring us a wonderful revelation:

Why do you seek among the dead for one who lives? - Luke 24:5

How wonderful! Our God is a living and powerful. It is a God full of life and energy. It is a God with strength and power to turn any impossible blessings in the lives of their beloved sons. Viva!Jesus Christ lives!
The second fact is that the Lord Jesus appeared first to women. Although the Lord had only men as many women disciples of God followed him with great fidelity and piety. It was because of this dedication to the Lord that He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, for sure, because she always tried to walk with the Lord.
After the women reported the incident to these apostles did not believe in what they were talking about. Here is a great lesson for our lives. This passage warns us of the terrible condition of our faith on the things of God. No judge ever, you can not help but notice that the apostles did not have faith and not remembered what the Lord Jesus had said so many times about his death and resurrection.
Even they have been years with the Master, even having seen and heard so many things they did not have faith in future events that the Lord had prophesied before them.
If the apostles who walked with the Lord Jesus had this kind of behavior ordinary people think. So now you can imagine with is difficult for many people to believe in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. And why the Lord Jesus Christ said, happy were those who believed in all this even without seeing.

36 While still talking about it, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and said unto them, Peace be unto you.37 But they were terrified and frightened, supposed they had seen a spirit.38 But he said unto them, Why are ye troubled?and why do doubts arise in your hearts?39 Behold my hands and my feet, which I myself: handle me and see: for a spirit hath not flesh and bones as ye see me have.40 And saying this, he showed them his hands and feet.41 they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, saith unto them, Have ye here any meat?42 And they gave him a piece of broiled fish,43 which he took and ate before them.44 Then he said: These are the words which I spake unto you, being yet present with you, what mattered was to fulfill all of which were written in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures;46 and said unto them, Thus it is written that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead;47 and that should be preached in his name repentance for the remission of sins to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.48 Ye are witnesses of these things.49 And behold, I send upon you the promise of my Father: but tarry ye in the city, until ye be endued from on high power.50 Then led them out as far as Bethany, and lifting his hands and blessed them.51 It happened, while he blessed them, he departed from them, and carried up into heaven.52 And after the worship, they returned to Jerusalem with great joy;53 and were continually in the temple blessing God.
Luke 00:36 to 53

The third fact is interesting and very revealing of the Lord Jesus appeared to his beloved apostles.
Surprisingly the Lord Jesus stood among them and they really scared and full of fears thought they saw a ghost. Again it is clear that they did not believe or did not understand the words that Jesus said about His resurrection the third day, because in their hearts, they still had many doubts about what they were seeing and hearing. They only began to understand what was really happening when the Lord opened their understanding.
And we? We believe that the Lord Jesus was resurrected and that He is alive in our midst? The Word tells us that God is a spirit and he is among us. Does the example of the apostles still have doubts about the Glorious Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ?
Of course not! We experience the powerful hand of our living God in our lives. It was He who delivered us, saved us, changed us, encouraged us, gave us new life and gave us the grace to have eternal life by His side and God the Father
The power of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ

17 And if Christ be not risen, your faith is vain, ye are yet in your sins.
1 Corinthians 15

Here's a great mystery of our faith in Jesus Christ and in his mighty resurrection. We all know that our unbelief is huge. The devil lives bombarding us with doubts and questions with the sole purpose of making our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ be shaken.
However, our enemy, defeated, thanks to the Holy Spirit of God, has lost more than that.
Let's think:
If Jesus did not rise to say that our faith in His mighty resurrection is the resurrection in vain because it never existed. If Jesus rose from the dead does that mean that Jesus is still dead, if he is dead no one has set us free. If anyone has set us free. We are still in our sins?
Very interesting this!
Is not that what we perceive in our lives. Quite the opposite of all this.
Before we were sinners, addicts, lived in prostitution, pornography, lying, theft, in slander, adultery in last! We lived up to his neck stuck in sin and the things of the world ... Strange? ... That all changed!
Wow! Hmmm ...! Let me think ...:
Before we lived in sin. Today we are no longer. When we suffer we seek God's help. God told us we were up His Son Jesus. Once we accept Jesus as our Savior and Lord, our lives have changed profoundly. We gain new life. We were dead and come back to life. If we return to live is because God the Father has given us new life ....
I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in me, though he die, shall live; - John 11:25
If it is because we relive our Savior and Deliverer us alive. If Jesus was the Lord who saved us this means that he is alive. If Jesus Christ is alive it means that He is risen. He is risen our faith is true.
Because the truth is that in the Life and Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ is that today we are happy.
Amen and thank God. Stay in the peace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
